@Tutanota @ente You need to remove Brave... https://thelibre.news/no-really-dont-use-brave/ and as a mail client you could add ProtonMail and posteo.de at least, it's your competitor but you can't ignore them if you want to make a honest chart.

Missing @disroot as another email alternative - those guys do good work <3
Bitwarden authenticator could also be added.
@filen is awesone cloud storage, less known but super good drive alternative.

The problem is that you can't really replace Android without seriously limiting yourself when it comes to device choice (LineageOS helps, but not that much), and even if you do, F-Droid is no match for Play Store, not even close (yes, I do use F-Droid). So these two alone would take some serious dedication to "deGoogle", probably way beyond what most are willing to do. So you're still stuck with Google there.

And let's not even talk about replacing YouTube...

But yeah, for the rest, there are certainly valid options.

Google Keep - keep everything in .txt files. Use HTML for hypertext documents when you actually need them.

Google Meet - meet in person.

Gmail - use any throwaway 10-minute mail service available out there. Decent services and websites won't restrict you using them, and actually good ones won't require email at all.

Google Translate - learn the basics of the language you'll be using. Use Wiktionary for specific words/phrasemes you don't know.

Google Docs - Open/LibreOffice but also HTML.

Google Chat - use XMPP for text-based private online communications. Why specifically XMPP? Because every other messenger you'll find is going to be trash. Signal included.

YouTube - PeerTube is a thing.

Google Drive - store everything on your hard drive. Use USB and SD for file transferring.

Google Authenthicator - 2FA isn't reliable. Use strong, memorable passwords.

Google Chrome - the only browser which doesn't come with any pre-installed telemetry (i.e. which actually doesn't make any unsolicited requests at all) is ungoogled-chromium, so use it. Firefox has long been a sinking ship, which, when it dies, will take all other soft forks like Librewolf with it. If you actually can't stand Chromium, I'd recommend using Basilisk (https://basilisk-browser.org/), which is a compromise between customizability and usability.

Google Search - use independent search engines - Marginalia, Wiby, Alexandria. Embrace the indie web. Remember actually useful websites. 99.9% of what you'll find at mainstream search engines's going to be useless crap anyways, especially in this screwed era of AI.

Password Manager - keep your passwords in .txt files.

Google Maps - OpenStreetMap but also paper maps.

Google Photo - store everything on your hard drive.

Google Calendar - use paper calendar / make an HTML one yourself.

I haven't covered Android, Gboard and Google Play Store as alternatives provided in the original post are okay in my opinion.
