Both. The last three characters under boobs and university mean "ice". The characters before that mean "boobs" and for the third item "university potato".

So the English translations are correct? Interesting language, maybe I should try to learn the basics of it.

I always assume these oddities are specifically because of the direct transliterations. My guess would be that if you talked to a native about the original text filtered through local cultural understandings you would likely say, "Oh. Yeah. I can kind of see it now."
