Their ears are almost upright now, I'm looking forward to the moment their eyes open.
This morning I changed the top-level T-shirt in the #
nursery box. I took all four kittens out of it, put them on another shirt in front of the box and made the switch. Mother Melian immediately took one by the neck and brought it back into the box. I filmed the scene, expecting her to pick up all four of them. Would make an adorable video, I thought.
But no. When she had taken the first one back into the box, she stayed there and just looked at the rest. Nothing more... So I lay down the camera and put the other three helpless, squirming little ones back with her. Missed opportunity, Melian!
