@Alexander Goeres No, never heard of. Interesting concept though. I have heard of Cahokia, and the advanced civilization it was.

I've read Stephen Fry's "Making History", in which the current world is different because the birth of Hitler had been prevented.

I started with Philip Roth's "the Plot against America": different America, because anti-semitic Charles Lindbergh becomes president. But I left it half way. Other books to ready, you know how things go...
