All set for the #
kittens. Made a special box with a soft, cotton bottom and a "diaper" on top that the #
vet gave me earlier today. I put this in an unused room, somewhat hidden.
The vet said I can expect her to give birth in 1 or 2 weeks from now, and advised me to lock her in the room for a week or two once the kittens are born. Young #
cats apparently don't always stay with their kittens, which would be a very serious problem for the youngsters.
