To be honest, and that is not only in the USA, I am more worried about people using that without any kind of privacy in mind. Docters too b.t.w., I often see things that would take away their iso certs ....

Partly true but we all know about this. Those who do not should scratch their head to be honest.

Have you even been working on an ISO project? 27001 or 900x? It is often forbidden (yes, I am aware that it is a choice) to use such communication tools. Specialists, at least here in Germany, are often tested for such certificates ( accreditation ). If they do allow it they will need to describe how to keep it secure and private.
