Done, but wth do i have to fill in my nationality 3 times? And: National ID for the Netherlands is broken (DigID) it returns an error.

Yup, tried that too, but it seems like our government isn't very good at ICT projects :-D

Anyway, the form works too, I hope everybody and their mother will sign this petition.
