I heard rumours that he's seriously sick. Other than in his brain, I mean. So it could be that he's on medication that makes him look like the shit he is.

Top item on his bucket list seems to be to restore Russia to the territories it controlled after WW2. So yes, I think he might indeed be busy working on his bucket list.

Let's hope he kicks the bucket before he reaches his goal, though.
