Elvis before I go to bed then. This one was on the second CD I ever bought: 20 Elvis songs. I must have been 14 or 15, and I couldn't get enough of it. And I still love it, the full sound, the pumping rhythm and the characteristic sound of the Jordanaires.

Elvis recorded this belting rocker on June 10th, 1958 while he was on leave from his stint with "Uncle Sam". It reached Number 1 on Billboard " Hot 100" and stayed there for 2 weeks.
This aggressive vocal was an inspiration to an entire generation of upcoming Rock artists and paved the way for band's like Led Zeppelin.
Elvis didn't return to such driving Rock and Roll until 1968 when he re-invented himself once again with his 1968 TV special.
