I mean...not really, no. Just because A and B have both done unethical things does not answer the question about whether or not A is more ethical than B.

-10 is a larger negative number than -4.

@madeindex Heard about this before, glad there has been a proper conclusion - not just a real settlement payment (though not impressive for eBay, there were also personal payments) and prison time for no less than 4 people (plus an additional two with home confinement).

Feels good.

And yes, the whole story is insane to the ‘can’t make this stuff up’ level, also shows the level to which some tech people feel above the law and anyone else.
