I was in a Canadian hospital once, in Vancouver. Worked very differently than in the Netherlands, but I don't recall crowds like this.

@hans maybe vancouver is very different from montreal? or maybe it has gone to hell everywhere since? people are known to die while waiting in line (sometimes for long, long hours) for «urgent» medical service :-(
