Bad luck... My car was up for MOT and they found a few things that are going to be rather expensive to fix. After 16 years there is some corrosion on the hydraulic lines for the brakes and the suspension (it's a hydropneumatic
Citroën C5), and the safety belt needs to be replaced. Not even talking about the electric problems... Of course those things are out of production (the car is 16 years old), so that's going to be a challenge.
I like the car a lot, it's the last Citroën with
"real" suspension and I really,
REALLY want that. So I can have it repaired for a lot of money, or I can switch to a company car. That would be either a Citroën C5 or a
C6 (yup, older cars can be really cheap for the boss). Not sure what to do yet.
I got this little electric car for today, the same one that I had last year when my car was in the garage. Nice, I could really get used to driving an electric car.
