I want to create a filter that filters out toots/posts that only have a Twitter link in it and nothing else. A few of my followers blurt those into my TL all day long.

No problem with a link to Twitter, but not like that. At least take the time to write some accompanying text that gives me an idea of why I should (or shouldn't) click on that link.
