Don't know why, but all of a sudden I had the Waltz of the Flowers in my head, from the #
Nutcracker Suite by #
Tchaikovski. I have a CD of it, together with the Swan Lake Suite, but when ripping it, I messed up the naming, which means both works are played in a seemingly random order and that's why I never play it (the CD I ripped must be somewhere, but can't be bothered to search for it).
So, I consulted the almighty Internet and found it. And don't come complaining about Russian propaganda here, this is art :-)
Tchaikovsky - The Nutcracker Suite, Op 71aThe Nutcracker is a two-act ballet, with a score by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Tchaikovsky made a selection of eight of the numbers from the ballet, forming The Nutcracker Suite, Op. 71a, intended for concert performance. The Nutcracker Suite should not be mistaken for the complete ballet.
