So nice. Just had an online meeting with two web developers, and at the end of the meeting we agreed to do the rest of the communication via #Signal.

"Or #Matrix, if you know that", I added.

"Oh yes, we know that. It's everywhere, everybody is talking about that lately."

@loveisgrief Yes, self-hosted; I built my server from the ground up, without Docker.

Every user on my server should be able to use it, but I haven't found any who wants to try. I only have non-tech users on my server, and I have to admit that it takes a bit of fiddling to activate an account on it.
